Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of herbgallerystore.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Effective from: 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

What you need to know

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock-outs, pricing errors or suspected fraud — your payment will be refunded in full.

Pricing & currency

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery

UK Mainland orders ship in 3–7 business days via Royal Mail Tracked. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland take 5–10 days. International orders take 7–21 days. Risk passes to you once we hand the parcel to the carrier.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error (wrong or damaged item). A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and is deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

Opened products

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at info@herbgallerystore.com with photos and we will make it right.

Disclaimer

The Food Standards Agency has not evaluated or approved any of the statements about our products. Our products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease or illness. All information on this website is for educational purposes only and should not be taken as medical advice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Comments & community

You may comment on articles and reviews respectfully. Personal attacks, spam, name-calling and unintelligible posts may be edited or removed. Repeat violations may result in a ban.

Changes — We may update these terms from time to time; the version live on this page applies to your purchase.
