How long does shipping take?
After an order is placed, it is delivered within 3–7 business days (often sooner) by Royal Mail Tracked. International orders take 7–21 business days depending on destination.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and is deducted from the refund.

How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept card payments via Paystack or direct bank transfer for UK customers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. Use it on royalmail.com to follow your parcel.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. All Herb Gallery formulas, extracts, cleanses and powders are food-grade herbal preparations selected for purity and potency. Allergen information is shown on each product page.
How should I store the products?
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required unless specifically stated on the label.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to Europe and the rest of the world from £14.99. Customs duties and taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
